Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final, as each piece is created or prepared with care. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll review your case promptly and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.
