Once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft, but we’ll always do our best to support you if issues arise.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final, as each piece is created or prepared with care. If you need a better view of the artwork before purchasing please contact me.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please call 313-510-7967 within 2-3 days of delivery and include photos. Your case will be reviewed promptly and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.
