Hello, I’m Gaylotta Murray
Decorlotta Art & Designs creates abstract art through both digital media and traditional painting. Digital abstract art, a medium born in the 21st century, uses modern technology—software and tablets—to produce non‑representational works built from color, marks, shapes, and composition.
The digital screen becomes the canvas and the pen the instrument, manipulating brushstrokes into layered forms with infinite blends, textures, and possibilities. Some pieces are mixed media combining original brushstrokes with digital brushstrokes and images.
As abstract art, the work is free from familiar objects or fixed meanings. Each piece concludes as a fusion of inspired styles—undefined, unstructured, and intuitively complete. I often begin without knowing exactly what I will create, trusting instead that I have the right tools to allow the work to emerge. Starting with an acrylic, watercolor, or oil‑inspired brushstroke, I gradually escape into the reality of the composition.
The result is a final release: a fusion of inspired styles in an undefined, unstructured piece—where I let go, and the art speaks for itself.
EXPLORING THE COLLECTION invites you into a unique art experience featuring digital expressionist–inspired abstract arts prints. Art is more important now than ever. It offers a moment of escape creating room for reflection, calm, and imagination. As with all art, some pieces will resonate more than others. Simply remain open—you may discover a new way to dress your walls and reinvent your space.
All art prints are printed on smooth fine art paper with giclee’ archival inkjet printing. Four popular art print sizes have been selected (up to 24”x36”) for your wall decor. Larger sizes can be ordered upon request. View the collection assured that your art print will have superior image longevity, vibrant color reproduction and a premium tactile experience.
In addition to art prints, the store offers an an artful collection of art merchandise with designs from the DAD collection or those generated by unique prompts.

What sets Decorlotta Arts & Designs digital abstract art apart from others is its selection of software applications. Procreate is the main source for the collection, but in 2025 the addition of Rebelle, Artrage and Krita each known for their capacity to bring realism to digital brushstrokes took the collection to another level. Software that mimics art turns creation into a fast exchange between human intention and algorithmic precision. It lets artists iterate quickly, test styles they couldn’t recreate by hand, and push limits with tools that copy brushstrokes, texture, and light. These programs increase creative control— and the emotional depth that separates imitation from invention. Used boldly and thoughtfully, the software becomes a collaborator that expands expression without replacing the artist’s eye.

Shopping for art or becoming a collector of art can be challenging. There are several considerations; size, color, design, quality, the artist and of course price. Many people believe that they need a large piece to fit that space on the wall. This may be true, but large pieces generally have larger prices. For the same price you can group smaller piece and have an impressive presentation.
Decorlotta Art & Designs offers archival prints online as large as 18x24. However, The company partners with dropship printers who make quality, archival prints in larger sizes and offer framing (message me for framing options).
